Transfer a call on your Avaya IP Office phone
Step by Step Guide
- Phone rings with incoming call
- Pickup the phone to answer the call
- Transfer option is at the bottom of the screen
- Press the transfer option and put in the extension you want to transfer to
- Press complete and the call would be transferred, or wait for person answers, let them know who you’re transferring and then press complete, or you could just hang up the call and the call will be transferred at that point.
