Process to deactivate auto-gain on a 95xx phone for Avaya IPO
- Press HOME
- Scroll down to Advanced Options and press OK
- Scroll down to Audio and press OK
- Press the Right Arrow Key to change Handset AGC to Off
- Press the Down Arrow Key
- Press the Right Arrow Key to change Headset AGC to Off
- Press the Down Arrow Key
- Press the Right Arrow Key to change Speaker AGC to Off
- Press SAVE
- Press PHONE to return to main screen.
